I’m back after a short break, not that I have been anywhere far but I just got married!
So here are a few sets shot this summer, and before I get inundated by shots from the Reading Festival this very weekend.
A promotional shoot first with Bellflower, featuring talented members of Oxbow, Heliogabale, Jesu…

A new promotional studio shoot with London based Norvegian duo Born Dressed who just released an album recorded in Bergen, featuring members of M.A.S.S / Hey Gravity! and Cheesecake Truck / Murder Mile (hmmm I have heard that one before haven’t I ? ).

A second photoshoot this week with be up soon. I’ll also try to post some of the Hard Rock Calling shots. Ok just another quick teaser then, what about a Beatle this time?
Sir Paul McCartney signing his old friend original Hard Rock Café Waitress Rita Gilligan, 27 June 2009
Ok he didn’t really sign her, but a guitar .
The secret to catch up with sleep would be to go to bed early, just for once, unfortunately it seems that is not part of my agenda, d’oh.

A new studio set, as featured in the March issue of Chicago’s lifestyle and fashion magazine VENUS ZINE with a new great artist in the electro/pop scene. Believe me if I say you will hear a lot about Marina Diamond from this year onward! This Welsh-born London-based artist is really talented so check her out now and go listen to her tunes, she has a single out on Neon Gold and is now signed with Warner’s 679 label.

No new live set yet but the live season will start again pretty soon so watch this space. I spent more time doing studio work – I’ll find a way to broadcast my fashion work soon but a few samples can be seen on www.marcbroussely.com. One of my latest sets here done at the studio with young and talented guitarist Stevie Lee for some charismatic and dark promotional photos.

Here are some new promotional images for the Electro band Go Control. It was nice to meet again with Bruce Aisher since photographing for Suicide Sport Club at V festival two years ago and this brand new trio sounds very promising, so hopefully you should hear about them soon.

Also I was quite pleased to have my so far most viewed cover published this summer: The Sunday Life Magazine (distributed with the Sun Herald Newspaper in Australia) with over a million estimated readership.
