More music photography news to tell and a lot more coming soon!
I had the chance to be invited as an exhibitor at the first edition of the new music photography festival Images En Scène taking place last weekend in France (La Roche Posay) alongside Francis Vernhet and Jacques Bisceglia to name a few. I had a great time, I received a very warm welcome and everyone was absolutely great. Quality exhibitions, live music, a debate on radio and lots of friendly new people met. I didn’t take my camera much with me so no images here but I’m guessing there should be images of the festival popping up on the festival site or on Flickr at some point. A big thank you to Yves Lafosse, Didier Coupeau and really everyone in the team!
My collection of 50 fine art Digigraphie prints will hopefully be seen in London soon! (and if you are interested in organising an exhibition for it get in touch).
This led to a brief appearance on French TV as you can see:
Marc Broussely – Images en scene from BURNING HEAD on Vimeo.
For some reason I appeared on the BBC’s “Bang Goes The Theory” on the same week, even though that was shot last summer, very odd
.
Now busy times ahead as well with the famous Camden Crawl this weekend in, well, Camden, with an average of 15 simultaneous shows at any moment in various venues I will regret I wasn’t serious enough in my morning jogging resolution this year!! So if I don’t have an heart attack before Sunday night I will post some news here but I reckon you should follow me on Twitter for up to the minute news of what is going on in front of my lenses! And of course everything will end up on my Flickr gallery very soon.
And then more coming this way for a busy May starting with Black Eyed Peas at the O2 Arena!
