To celebrate the announcement that their second album ‘Letters Home’ will be released on 25 October, ‘The Soldiers’ (Sergeant Major Gary Chilton, Staff Sergeant Richie Maddocks, Lance Corporal Ryan Idzi) present a cheque for £271,000 to ‘Armed Forces Charities’ (ABF The Soldier’s Charity, Help For Heroes, Royal British Legion). The money was raised through sales of The Soldiers double platinum selling album Coming Home (released October 2009) and a sell out UK Tour.
